Don’t you whine to me!!!
So, what typically happens about the 2nd week of your newfound goals and dreams . . . LIFE HAPPENS! What does that look like you ask? Well, LIFE is otherwise known as bad weather, illness, car trouble, or a crazy schedule to name a few.
Now, wouldn’t it be fitting that our Truth and Dare contestant would be welcomed into the 2nd week of her journey with a healthy dose of LIFE?!
Sheilah’s TRUTH: She has 5 small kids in her house (including twin 2 year olds) for the next 72 hours straight. No breaks, no help, no alone time. She admits in the past this would have been the beginning of a downward spiral. Frustration would set in and she would be left feeling helpless and trapped.
Sheliah’s DARE: Find a way to make it work darn it! She’s up early with all 5 kids at the park and putting in one hour of strong activity like jogging with the kids, playing freeze tag and climbing on the play equipment. Not only is she improving her health, her kids are LOVING the fun new Mama!
“I’m not letting anything get in my way this time. It’s an excuse free zone! I’m going to do this and other Mamas will know they can too!”
Now that’s the way to welcome LIFE!

Oh girl I havent even been able to pee by myself the last couple of days and I have a long awaited date with a bubble bath and my venus razor. My legs are pricklier than a cactus right now honey! But you know what that guy on Project Runway says,"Make it work!!" Lol! This really is a big change for me. Havin my hands this full would have caused me to give up and hide out with a bag of my favorite cookies before! And I would have been soooo disappointed in myself!! A little extra planning and a little extra work beats bein bummed out about not succeeding any day!
I am speechless...you are funny and inspiring and you should be so proud of yourself!!!
