It’s the work of a MAGIC Energy Pill!
“My boys chased me around the park for nearly an hour this morning screaming ‘Mama, slow down! Wait for us!’”
The Mama who was once too tired to get up out of bed on some mornings, is now moving faster than her boys. So, has Sheilah taken a magic energy pill to change her life? Has she over-dosed on Red Bull? What’s this girl smoking?
Whether we desire energy to clean our house, energy to do our job well, energy to play with our kids, dance with our spouse, follow big dreams, run a marathon, or energy to start fresh, we must realize that energy won’t fall out of the sky into our laps. As scripture says, “God helps those who help themselves.” Sometimes it’s up to US to start the wheel turning, begin the new habits, learn the new skills and make the necessary changes to turn the momentum in our favor. In this very moment we each have sufficient energy to get started. All we must do from here is set ourselves up for success and allow the energy to be multiplied each day.
Crawling out of bed, struggling through the day only to crawl back into bed is not the life you were intended to lead. Go out and take back what’s yours. Gather up every ounce of energy you have in your being today and use it – this is your someday! Your life is nothing without energy . . . but truly without limits when you apply your energy toward your goals and dreams. Let the momentum begin in your favor today.
Sheilah simply decided to use every ounce of energy she had on Monday, and again on Tuesday and Wednesday. By Thursday her energy was multiplying and getting out of bed wasn’t so hard after all. Now she’s waking up well before her 6 a.m. wake-up call, she’s pushing herself harder and further and she has plenty of energy to do it all over again the next day. MOMENTUM is working in her favor and her little boys can hardly keep up with Mama!
