The retreat will be located at the Holiday Inn in Joplin, Missouri (3615 Rangeline Road). Please contact the hotel by phone (417-782-1000) to reserve your room under the Smokin’ Hot Mama Club name and receive a 30% discount. Our special room rates are $89 per night.
Each Retreat Ticket includes:
1. Admittance to all Retreat events

3. Breakfast, lunch & dinner for the attendee on Saturday Oct. 8th

The event kicks off with the Friday evening mingle in the hotel atrium from 7 to 9 p.m. Sign in, meet your fellow Mamas and enjoy a photo shoot (yeah, Head Mama wants a photo with YOU!)
Saturday morning will begin bright and early with a group workout and a private breakfast afterwards.
Saturday afternoon will be packed with events to totally rock your world. The SHM Club Pep Rally is always the highlight of the year. We’re bringing more excitement than ever before. It’s the pep rally you wish you had in high school.
Our Head Mama, Pamela Crim, will deliver a powerful presentation on LIVING this life we’ve been given. We’re not going to endure life any longer. We’re not going to just survive. We’re going to take life by the horns and make it call us Mama. We have specially designed various breakout sessions to connect on a more intimate level and develop an action plan for your future. You’ll have an opportunity to ask questions and be mentored on your journey to living the life of your dreams.
You will hear the success stories of fellow Mamas who are living an inspired life. You will be empowered by their courage. High 5’s and butts smacks will be in abundance during our recognition and awards ceremony.

Saturday evening will include an Italian dinner. Your family and friends are welcome to join you for this event. You can purchase extra adult dinner tickets ($20) for your family or friends in the registration below. You may also purchase a child dinner ticket for $5.
Sunday, October 9th, welcomes the kick off of the 2nd Annual Mother Road Marathon. Many of our Mamas will be participating in the 5K, ½ or full marathon events along Route 66. While participation is not required, we invite you to join us in a monumental accomplishment you will never forget. You don’t have to be a runner, we have many walkers, along with the occasional limper and crawler across the finish line. And if you would like to be a designated cheerleader in a hot pink cape, we would be forever grateful for your support. The finish line celebration is a moment like none other and we would love to share it with you. You can register for one of the Mother Road Marathon events at www.runmrm.com. All races begin at 8 a.m. (If you wish to register for any of the Mother Road Marathon events, you must do so seperatly. They are not included in your Retreat registration)
