We strive for 100% customer satisfaction and use a very common sense approach to Returns and Refunds. If there has been a mistake we will make every attempt to correct the mistake. If you need a different size/color, we will work with you to get it taken care of. Obviously, we ask that any returns be received in new condition so we may resell the item.
We ask for returns to be within 30 days from the original date of purchase. If an exchange is requested, it will be subject to current availablity. If you have any questions about availability, feel free to contact us here. Unless the return is due to an error on our part, shipping costs will be your responsibility.
If you are not happy with your product, we will refund your purchase within 30 days of original purchase. Please contact us here for instructions on processing your request. Unless the refund is due to an error on our part or defective merchandise, shipping costs will be your responsibility.
If a cancellation request is received before product has shipped, the order will be cancelled. Once product has shipped, it may not be cancelled and is subject to the Returns/Refunds policy. Contact us here for any cancellation requests/information.
You may cancel your monthly subscription by sending an email to orders @ smokinhotmamaclub.com with "Cancel" in the subject line. Your subscription will be canceled along with any access privileges associated with it. Auto-charged subscriptions are billed around the 3rd of every month. Please provide a 5 day notice if you wish to cancel your subscription prior to the next billing cycle.
Shipping is currently limited to US addresses only.
We Process orders within 48 hrs of being placed.
Shipping is provided by a third party (USPS, UPS, FedEx) and subject to their service. We will provide the customer with any available tracking data to assist the customer. As long as the customer exercises due diligence in resolving any shipping related issues, we will work with all parties in order to expedite the situation.
Unless specified otherwise, all shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.
If a product is on back-order, customer will be notified of anticipated date product will be available. Customer will have the option of canceling the back-ordered product from the order.
