About Pamela Crim - Smokin' Hot Mama Club Founder

Let’s be real . . . I’m a 35 year old wife, mother of 3, aspiring runner (you know, Phoebe style!), and mortgage lender by day – after hours I’m a glorified maid, assistant, teacher and nightmare slayer. Picking up dirty socks, running client’s credit reports and moping the kitchen floor doesn’t really get my heart pumping. I don’t wake up in the morning to a perfectly clean house without stresses or worries, no my life is not magical. My day starts at 4:50 every morning and is a mixed bag of hard work, monotonous tasks, sweet rewards, treasured moments, struggles and triumphs.
So, how is it I still love my life? (I mean REALLY love my life with overflowing gratitude and giddiness for each new day.) I’m truly Loving Life because I’m becoming my very best from the inside out after losing 45 pounds, running a few marathons and folloiwng my dreams. My passion is making an impact on my family and families around the world by improving the Mama! I believe the success of a family starts with the Mama – if we help her find her happiness and purpose then we are literally changing the world, one Mama at a time. - Oh yes, that’s what makes me tick.
To help someone discover their hidden potential is the greatest joy I could possibly have. So, I have taken this crazy life I have chosen to love and added my own flavor. I get to wake up every morning truly excited to inspire and encourage complete strangers with genuine care and a smile that radiates through and penetrates their heart. That totally rocks my world and I hope I have the opportunity to show you that care and maybe help you discover your hidden potential for greatness!
So now that you know what gets my heart pumping, let me tell you a little about me personally. I once read you truly know who a person is by the things they hold in their heart. I believe that to be true. What do I hold closest to my heart . . . my amazing family! I have a very unique family and a long story to go with it – here’s the Cliff Notes version.
I grew up in a tiny town in Missouri, population 2,500. I was a country girl with a great love of family, God and the outdoors. My Freshman year in High School a new boy moved into town from Dallas, enter Lonnie. You see, in a small town where you go to school with the same people since Kindergarten, that’s a really big deal . . . so the competition was on to get the boy. I’m glad to say I won his affection and 20 years later I’m still the lucky winner and proud to be his wife, business partner and mother of his children.
Lonnie was in the US Army for 8 years. During that time we traveled the world and this little country girl grew up fast. Within our first year of marriage we faced our biggest struggle . . . at 19 years old I suffered a major stroke and was left unable to walk or talk. Let’s just say God is amazing and my story did not end there. That struggle became one of the biggest blessings in my life through a changed attitude and perspective. I realized life is meant to be enjoyed and lived to the fullest, not just endured. I choose to apply that perspective in every area of my life, as a wife, mother, friend, mentor and a business woman.
We have a wonderful 11 year old son Logan. He is a never ending source of smiles and belly laughs with his fun loving ways. Our family was completed 5 years ago with the adoption of 2 amazing little girls from an orphanage in Juarez, Mexico. We met the girls while volunteering and hosting monthly birthday parties for the 30+ children. When my girls, Alexa and Paola, arrived at the orphanage they were only 3 and 5. Although we had no intentions of adopting, I knew without a doubt they were meant to be my girls and 9 months later, we brought them home. Alexa is now 10 and is a brilliant, tender hearted girl who is truly Mommy’s best friend. Paola now 9, is the prettiest girly girl you could ever meet and completes me as a Mother.
As a family, we share a love for spontaneous, fun adventures. Whether it’s camping, hiking, running, playing tennis, swimming, road trips, or a game of Yahtzee, we do it together and we have a mighty fun time! We’re constantly on the lookout for a reason to break out in a dance, eat from the Celebrate Plate and light the candles. I take a daily “Little Spectaculars” photo to document the spectacular moments in each day for our family (by the way, you can view my “Little Spectaculars” photos on my personal FaceBook).
Life is a Journey, why not make it a fun one? I would love to be part of your life and share in the joys of becoming our very best . . . together!
Loving Life,
Pamela Crim
